Revelations 19:10 says that the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. In other words, what Jesus has done in someone else's life, He is ready to do again for you. Stories of what Jesus has done have a way of activating expectation. Allow your heart to be elevated into hope and trust, in learning what Jesus has done for others.
